Ingredients
- 1 1/2 chunks
- 1,400 gr stewing beef in (lean cut)
- 300 ml cream of mushroom soup
- 120 ml sauterne wine
- 40 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 22 gr envlp dry onion soup mix
Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to dozen hours . If desired, thicken gravy. Serves 8
