Ingredients
- 1/2 oatmeal
- 220 gr flour
- 180 ml buttermilk
- 85 gr raisins
- 55 gr butter
- 26 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking powder
- 2 ml soda
- 1 gr salt
Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl and cut in the butter. Add the raisins and buttermilk and stir until blended, turn out and knead 10 times. Roll out and cut and place on sheet 3 cm apart. Bake at 220ÂșC or 12-15 min.
