Ingredients
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 paprika butter
- 350 ml milk
- 100 gr elbow macaroni (cooked)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (white)
Grease a 2 litre casserole. Layer one third noodles, one third cheese-repeat(save last layer of cheese until last 10 minutes of cooking) . Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper and pour over all. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 180ÂșC or 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
