Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 layer
- 1 cake mix (yellow)
- 1 cool whip
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 120 ml cooking oil
- 2 packages mandarin oranges
- 1 package pineapple (drained crushed)
Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and Mandarin oranges. Bake in 3 greased and lightly floured round pans at 180ÂșC or 30 to 35 minutes. Icing: Mix together Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple with mixer on low speed. Ice cake with it, then decorate top and around bottom edge of cake with oranges. Keep in refrigerator.
