Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 quick bread mix
- 325 ml milk
- 30 ml vegetable oil
Beat egg yolks in a medium mixing bowl; add milk and oil. Add Quick Bread Mix, stirring until mixture is smooth. Beat egg whites (at room temperature) until stiff peaks form, and gently fold back into the batter. Pour about one third cup batter into a hot, lightly oiled waffle iron. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Repeat procedure until all batter is used.
