Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 250 gr cornmeal
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 16 ml vegetable oil
- 14 gr sugar
- 9 gr baking powder
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Combine the cornmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well. Pour into a lightly oiled 20 cm-square baking pan. Bake in a 200ÂșC oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
