Ingredients
- 900 gr beef (lean ground)
- 350 ml water
- 1 package dry onion-soup mix
Hot mashed potatoes Place ground beef in large mixing bowl. Combine onion soup mix and water. Pour half cup soup mixture over ground beef; gently mix to blend. Shape into an 20 cm round patty in large skillet. Pour remaining soup mixture over top. Cover an cook over medium heat for 25 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness. Cut into 6 wedges.
