Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes (fresh)
- 1 squash
- 1 bell pepper
- 475 gr stewed tomatoes
- 1 package spanish quick brown rice
Mix all ingredients in an oiled 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil or tight fitting baking dish lid. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ÂșC . or until squash is tender.
