Ingredients
- 325 gr flour (white)
- 270 gr sugar
- 240 ml water
- 170 gr raisins
- 65 gr shortening
- 18 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr cinnamon
Beat shortening for 30 seconds. Add sugar & beat till ight & fluffy & well combined. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the water, a little at a time, beating well after each addition. Finally mix in the raisins. Bake in a large greased loaf pan for 45 minutes at 160ÂșC .
