Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 160 ml water
- 130 gr flour
- 120 gr raisins
- 28 gr margarine
- 14 gr liquid sugar substitute
- 5 gr baking powder
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr salt
Combine raisins,water, sweetner, spices, and margarine in saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes. Cool. stir in egg. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to fruit mixture and mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 180ºC or 9 to 10 minutes. From ADA Family Cookbook vol. II.
