Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 400 gr sugar (white)
- 375 gr carrots
- 350 ml oil
- 250 gr flour
- 9 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr cinnamon
-----------------------------------ICING----------------------------------1 pk Cream cheese; soften (8 oz) half c Butter; melted 2 ts Vanilla 1 pk Powdered sugar Cake: Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs, and carrots. Bake in 3 9-inch pans for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 30 minutes and hen add icing. Icing: Mix ingredients together until smooth and spread on cake.
