- 230 ml pineapple chunks in unsweet- ened juice
- 60 ml vinegar (white)
- 55 gr firm packed dark brown sugar
- 9 gr butter
- 3 gr cornstarch
- 2 ml brown bouquet sauce
- 2 slices carrots
