• 2 cucumbers
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• 1,100 ml broiler-fryer chicken
• 350 ml water
• 230 ml sour cream
• 60 ml dry sherry
• 40 gr mushrooms (sliced)
• 30 ml salad oil
• 24 gr all purpose flour
