Chocolate Chip-toffee Scones

• 1/2 cocolate-covered english
• 475 ml whipping cream (chilled)
• 400 gr all purpose flour
• 240 gr semisweet chocolate chips
• 100 gr sugar
• 60 gr walnuts
• 6 gr butter (unsalted)
• 1 gr salt
