Ratatouille Casserole

• 1 eggplant pared
• 1 squash (yellow)
• 1 zucchini (cut into)
• 1 onion thinly (yellow very sliced)
• 1 bell pepper (red julienned)
• 1 tomato thinly (sliced)
• 65 gr tomato paste
• 20 ml olive oil
• 4 gr basil (fresh chopped)
• 4 gr thyme (fresh chopped)
