• 2 eggs
• 1 apple (peeled)
• 1/2 eggs in a bowl
• 110 gr bread crumbs unseasoned
• 5 gr ginger (ground)
• 2 gr salt
• 1 gr allspice (ground)
• 1 gr coriander (ground)
