Using ingredient flour with kamut

Basic Pasta Dough

• 1/2 this is unbleached (white)
• 1/4 flour with kamut
• 130 gr wheat pastry flour (whole)
• 60 ml water
• 5 ml olive oil
• 1 gr salt
