- 1 unflavoured gelatin (envelope)
- 1 chocolate crumb crust
- 220 ml skim milk
- 180 gr low-fat cottage cheese
- 160 ml milk to a (boil)
- 100 gr vanilla wafer crumbs
- 60 ml skim milk (cold)
- 26 gr sugar
- 9 gr vanilla extract
