Merry Christmas Molasses Cookies

• 2 eggs
• 1 on greased cookie sheebake until no indentation remains when touched (apart lightly)
• 1/2 on a floured cloth covered board (thick lightly)
• 700 gr all purpose flour
• 325 ml molasses
• 150 gr brown sugar
• 130 gr shortening
• 10 gr cinnamon (ground)
• 9 gr baking soda
• 5 gr salt
