Curried Peachtree Pork
- 1/2 onion coarsely (chopped)
- 260 gr pork leg cutlets (boneless)
- 240 ml chicken broth
- 120 gr coarsely (chopped fresh)
- 26 gr peach jam
- 12 gr cornstarch
- 5 ml vegetable oil
- 4 gr curry powder
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
- 1 gr seasoned salt
