Potato Soup

• 2 leeks only (white)
• 1 sour cream chives (chopped)
• 700 ml water
• 425 gr potatoes (peeled)
• 700 ml chicken stock
• 30 ml flavorless cooking oil
• 1 gr nutmeg
• 1 gr pepper (white)
