Irish Seitan Stew
- 2 seitan (diced)
- 2 bay leaves
- 475 ml water
- 150 gr potatoes (peeled)
- 130 gr parsnips roll (cut)
- 130 gr carrots roll (cut)
- 120 gr onion (diced)
- 60 ml water (cold)
- 50 gr celery flaked
- 32 gr cornstarch
