Ingredients
- 7 cereal (grain)
- 1/4 instant oatmeal
- 2 cup water
- 2 cup cornmeal (yellow)
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon unrefined vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon sea salt
Mix all ingredients (except for cornmeal) in blender until very smooth. Mix in cornmeal with a spoon. Fill oiled muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
