Ingredients
- 7 grain cereal
- 2 cooked
- 1/4 instant oatmeal
- 475 ml water
- 250 gr yellow cornmeal
- 40 gr maple syrup
- 30 ml unrefined vegetable oil
- 14 gr baking powder
- 6 gr sea salt
Mix all ingredients (except for cornmeal) in blender until very smooth. Mix in cornmeal with a spoon. Fill oiled muffin cups half full. Bake at 190ÂșC or 35-45 minutes.
