Mix the wet stuff then add the flour/sugar/baking powder mix. Rinse and peel the apples and put them of the bottom of the pan (you can add a little cinnamon to the apples by sprinkling some on top) then pour the cake-dough over the apples. Bake in a pre-heated oven (350) for 25-30 minutes or untill brown on top. Test the cake with a tooth pick to see if ready:)
