Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 c apples (raw)
- 2 c sugar
- 3 c flour (plain)
- 1 1/4 c oil
- 1 c nuts (chopped)
- 1 1/2 ts baking powder
- 1 ts soda
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1 1/2 ts cinnamon
- 1 ts salt
Mix well. Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Frosting: 1 stick of butter 1 cup light brown sugar 1/4 cup milk Mix and let boil 5 to 10 minutes. Pour over cake while hot and let stand for 2 hours. Randy Rigg ----
