Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 400 gr apples (raw)
- 400 gr sugar
- 375 gr flour (plain)
- 300 ml oil
- 140 gr nuts (chopped)
- 7 gr baking powder
- 5 ml soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 4 gr cinnamon
- 3 gr salt
Mix well. Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Frosting: 1 stick of butter 1 cup light brown sugar quarter cup milk Mix and let boil 5 to 10 minutes. Pour over cake while hot and let stand for 2 hours. Randy Rigg ----
