Ingredients
- 9 baking (square pan)
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 c semisweet miniature
- 1 c sugar
- 1 1/2 c apples
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/2 c pecans
- 1/4 c apple juice
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 ts cinnamon
from sides of pan. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or serve with dollop of whipped cream if desired. ----
