Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cinamon
- 2 c sugar
- 3 c flour
- 2 c bananas
- 1 1/4 c cooking oil
- 1 c pineapple (crushed)
- 1 c nuts
- 1/4 c applesauce
- 1 ts soda
- 1 ts vanilla extract
- 1/2 ts salt
Mix flour, soda, sugar, cinnamon and salt into large mixing bowl. Make a well in center. Pour remaining ingredients into well. Mix with a spoon until well combined. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350~ oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still warm if desired. ----
