Ingredients
- 1 lb beef (ground)
 - 1 c sour cream
 - 1/4 c margarine
 - 1/2 c onion (minced)
 - 2 tb flour
 - 2 ts salt
 - 1/2 ts garlic powder
 - 1/4 ts paprika
 - 1/4 ts pepper
 - 1 package cream of mushroom soup
 - 1 package mushrooms (sliced)
 
paprika, salt and pepper, and mushrooms; saute 5 minutes. 2. Add soup (undiluted); simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream or buttermilk and sprinkle with parsley. Serve over rice, noodles or toast.
