Ingredients
- 2 turkey (ground)
- 1 onion
- 1 celery
- 1/2 oatmeal
- 2 tb ketchup (hot)
- 1 tb worcestershire sauce
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts thyme
- 1 tb parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 ts pepper
- 1 ts rosemary
- 1 ts basil
Mix all the ingredients together and form into a loaf. Place in a nonstick loaf pan, bake 350F for 2 hrs. Cal: 184; Fat: 1 3/5g.
