Ingredients
- 6 potatoes (red)
- 2 chunks
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cabbage
- 14 1/2 oz stewed tomatos undrained
- 1 lb fully smoked sausage (cooked)
- 1/8 t pepper
1. In large skillet, combine all ingredients except cabbage; mix well.
Arrange cabbage wedges over top.
2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Spoon sauce from skillet over cabbage wedges before serving.
