• 2 envelopes gelatin (unflavored)
• 1 nutmeg
• 1 in the top of a double boiler
• 1 place the cottage cheese in a mixing bowl
• 1 1/4 cups eggnog
• 1 cup cream (heavy)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup eggno set aside
