Ingredients
- 5 pecan (halves)
- 2 eggs
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c diet margarine
- 1/4 c evap (canned)
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 ts salt
preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs. Melt margarine. Add all ingredients to flour mixture. Bake for 20 minutes. exchanges:1/2 bread, 1/2 fat
