Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cup buttermilk up
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Mix together dry ingredients.
Beat 2 eggs, add 2 1/2 to 3 cup buttermilk (to the eggs) and 2 tablespoons oil Make a whole in the middle of the dry ingrediants and pour the wet in. Try to do as little stirring asd possible. It should be lumpy.
