Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 600 ml buttermilk up
- 325 gr flour
- 30 ml oil
- 14 gr brown sugar
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
Mix together dry ingredients.
Beat 2 eggs, add 2.5 to 3 cup buttermilk (to the eggs) and 2 tablespoons oil Make a whole in the middle of the dry ingrediants and pour the wet in. Try to do as little stirring asd possible. It should be lumpy.
