Ingredients
- 2 c cream (heavy)
 - 1 lb semisweet chocolate
 - 2 ts vanilla
 
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until just boiling. Remove from the heat. Add the semisweet chocolate and vanilla. Stir mixture until smooth and the chocolate is melted. Transfer to a glass bowl. Place the glass bowl over ice water. Stir until spreadable. --
