Ingredients
- 1/2 c green beans (frozen cut)
- 1 tb slivered almonds
- 1 ts water
- 1 ts butter
- 1/4 ts lemon juice
Place green beans in a small nonmetal bowl. Sprinkle with water. Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power for 3 to 4 minutes or just till tender. Let stand, covered, while preparing butter mixture. For butter mixture, in a custard cup micro-cook butter or margarine, uncovered, on 100% power for 20 to 30 seconds or till melted. Stir in toasted almonds and lemon juice. Drain green beans; spoon butter mixture over green beans.
