Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 5 bread (plain cubes)
- 4 cups milk
- 1 pound ham (chopped)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese cubed
- 3/8 cup corn oil
- 3/8 c flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Place these in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan. * Pour this mixture over crouton mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares. Serves 12 to 15 (not at our house!!)
