Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 5 bread (plain cubes)
- 950 ml milk
- 425 gr ham (chopped)
- 230 gr cheddar cheese cubed
- 80 ml corn oil
- 40 gr flour
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Place these in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan. * Pour this mixture over crouton mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 150ÂșC or 1.5 hours. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares. Serves dozen to 15 (not at our house!!)
