- 9 pastry shell
- 3 eggs
- 2 c swiss cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 lb ham (cooked)
- 5 1/4 t nutmeg (ground)
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- some cayenne pepper
until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. 6. Let stand at room temperature 3 to 4 minutes to finish cooking.
