Ingredients
- 1 sesame seed
- 2 c brown rice (cooked)
- 1 c thinly carrots (sliced)
- 1 c green onions (sliced)
- 1/2 c seedless raisins
- 3 tb vegetable oil
- 1/2 ts salt
Cook carrots in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until tender crisp. Add onions and apples; cook 5 minutes. Stir in rice, raisins, sesame seed, and salt.
