Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c cream (heavy)
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 5/8 c calif (chopped)
- 3/8 c slivered almonds (toasted)
- 1/2 ts candied ginger (minced)
Beat egg yolks with powdered sugar until smooth and thick; fold into whipped cream. Gently fold in nuts, dried figs and ginger. Spoon over ice cream, chiffon cake or fruits.
