Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 240 ml cream (heavy)
- 200 gr powdered sugar
- 100 gr calif (chopped)
- 40 gr slivered almonds (toasted)
- 2 gr candied ginger (minced)
Beat egg yolks with powdered sugar until smooth and thick; fold into whipped cream. Gently fold in nuts, dried figs and ginger. Spoon over ice cream, chiffon cake or fruits.
