- 1 tablespoon lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 cup parsley (minced)
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 slice apple for herb sprigs for (fresh garnish)
