Ingredients

- 2 casserole the following
- 1 kielbasa up (cut)
- 1 salt oregano
- 4 slices bacon
- 3 slices potatoes (sliced)
- 2 slices onions (sliced)
Cover; bake at 350' for 1 hour. Now, both of these recipes can be split between two smaller casseroles. I use my pair of 1 1/2-qt Corningware casseroles; we can eat one for dinner (with leftovers for lunch the next day) and freeze the other.
