Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 pound mild pork sausage
- 12 oz ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 oz mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 teaspoon oregano (dried whole)
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes (dried)
- 1 package lasagna noodles
- 1 package pepperoni
* Shredded and divided Cook lasagna noodles according to packagedirections, omitting salt, and then drain.
Cook sausage until browned,Stirring to crumble; drain. Stir spaghetti sauce into sausage, and setaside. Combine egg and next five ingredients, stirring well. Spread about1/2 cup meat sauce in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Layer half ofthe noodles, half of ricotta cheese mixture, one-third of mozzarellacheese, and one-third of remaining meat sauce; repeat layers using equalamounts. Arrange mushrooms and pepperoni slices on top. Bake at 375� for 20mins. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake an additional five mins.
