Ingredients
- 4 scallions
- 2 bunches of spinach
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 1/4 c peas (frozen)
- 1/2 c crumbled turkey bacon
- 1/2 c water chestnuts (sliced)
- 8 oz low fat cheddar (grated)
- 2 slices eggs (hard boiled)
presented. Repeat until all ingredients are used up, saving the sliced egg for the top of the salad. Chill. Serve with dressing on the side.
