Ingredients
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1 1/2 pounds beef (lean ground)
- 2 cups macaroni (uncooked)
- 10 3/4 oz condensed tomato soup
- 4 oz mushrooms (sliced drained)
In skillet, brown ground beef; drain well. Put into Crock-Pot. Cook macaroni according to package directions until barely tender; drain well. Add macaroni and remaining ingredients to Crock-Pot. Stir just enough to blend. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours. Serves 4 to 6
