Ingredients
- 1 mashed potatoes
- 1 lb beef (lean ground)
- 5/8 c milk
- 3/8 c dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Mix together ground beef, flour, salt and pepper and bread crumbs. Line ungreased muffin tins with ground beef mixture about 1/4-inch thick. Fill meat nests with 2 tablespoons mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
